What happens if there is bad weather?- If the deposit has been paid, and storms or wind of 15+ mph winds set in PRIOR to set up- the deposit is fully refundable. If inclement weather starts AFTER the bouncer is set up and all money is paid in full, there will be no refund. 

 

Are adults allowed on the bouncer?- YES! There is a weight limit of 800 pounds. (up to 4-6 adults or up to 8-10 children!) Adults and kids are not to jump together.

 

What types of events do you provide for?- We provide rentals for any PRIVATE event! Birthday parties, weddings, backyard BBQ, graduations, anniversary parties, ect. & INDOOR events!

 

 

What is the deposit?- $100 deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to guarantee your date, The remaining balance must be paid in full the day of the event.

 

How long is the rental?- Our rental is 6 hours long. If the pick up time is past 10 pm, additional charges may apply.

 

What if my venue requires proof of insurance?- No problem! Let us know immediately and we can get a certificate of coverage to provide to your venue.

 

Is Party Hopper covered with insurance?- YES! We are covered with liability insurance coverage. 

 

What are the rules?- No face paint, no food or drink, no shoes, no adults and children jumping together, no sharp objects, and no jewelry. The bouncer needs to be provided a safe, flat surface to be set up on. No rocks, hills, rough terrain. The bouncer needs to be set up within 100 feet of a power source. 

 

What is included in my rental? Cleaning fee, delivery fee, tarp, 100 ft extension cord, rug, shoe basket, rules sign, blower, and sandbags to secure the bouncer. It is the renter's responsibility to make sure there is a safe set up area at least 20'x20', enough ceiling space if it is inside, and within 100 feet of a power source.

 

Info to review before booking:

 

Party Hopper requires the renter to sign a contract agreeing to all terms and rules and waiving liability. It is highly recommended that you check with your own insurance agent to inquire if you need your own policy (could be home owners, event specific insurance, ect) 

 

Party Hopper does not offer balloon garlands. All Party Hopper renters will receive a 10% discount off the rental when you book your balloon garland with Poppy&VineCo located in Herrin, IL.
